Products

Three products. One operating model.

Each product is a workflow. Outputs are defined with you during discovery, not picked from a template menu. If what you need isn’t on this list, we build it custom.

§03 · Pricing

Three ways to pay. Same build. Same SLA.

Pick the commitment that fits your cash flow. Longer commitments unlock steeper discounts, nothing else changes between tiers.

Final numbers are scoped on the demo call once we’ve mapped which workflow we’re building first.

MTier

TTier

§04 · FAQ

Straight answers about buying from Kimble.

Everything customers ask before they sign.

It starts with a 30-minute discovery call. We learn your business, your current intake, and spec which workflow is the right one to start with, not a shopping list of three, the one that earns its keep fastest. From there, build is 7–14 business days end-to-end: integrations wired, sandboxed, tested with you, then deployed behind monitored rollout.

Yes. 24/7 per-call monitoring is part of every engagement. We watch live traces, surface anomalies as they happen, and can intervene mid-call where the setup allows. You get a paged alert within seconds of anything unusual, every call, not just the ones you ask about.

Three ways to buy. Month-to-month (standard), term contract (6 or 12 months, discounted), and upfront annual (most discounted). All three include the same build, the same operating SLA, and the same 24/7 monitoring. We walk through the numbers on the demo call once we know the scope.

We drop to webhooks, event subscriptions, or iPaaS bridges (Zapier, Make, n8n) depending on what the vendor exposes. If there's truly no integration surface at all, we flag it in discovery so you can decide whether to keep the tool or replace it before we build.

Hard failover is built in. If the agent can't complete its action contracts, the caller is either transferred to a configured human number or offered a callback window, with your team paged within seconds. Every call is written to an append-only audit spine, so post-mortem traces are always available.

Production-grade natural voice with bilingual English + Spanish. The agent detects caller language from the first utterance and switches mid-call if the caller switches. Most callers don't flag it as AI, but if asked, the agent discloses.

Yes. The agent reads your live calendar (Google, Outlook, Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, whatever you use), confirms the slot with the caller out loud, and writes the event with the caller's info attached. You see the booking in your calendar before the caller hangs up.

Neither. We run the stack as an operated service, we spec, build, integrate, and then we operate it for you. Weekly trace reviews, tuning, integration health checks, and new-workflow additions as your business evolves. You can end the engagement any month with 30 days' notice on the month-to-month tier.

No. We provide the models, the voices, and the prompt engineering. You provide the business, how you answer the phone today, what a good call looks like, your service area, your pricing. We handle every layer of the automation stack.

Per-tenant isolation in the datastore with encryption at rest and column-level encryption for sensitive fields. Audit logs are append-only, with UPDATE and DELETE revoked at the database-role level. We never share data across tenants, never sell it, and never use it to train public models.

The agent offers an immediate transfer or a callback window from a human on your team. We configure the exact fallback, live number, paged callback, voicemail with transcript, in discovery. The caller never gets a dead-end.

If it has an API, we can wire it. We've connected every CRM our customers have asked for, plus half a dozen custom in-house systems. The only hard stop is a vendor with no machine-readable interface at all, rare, and we'll flag it during discovery.
